This means that our machine knives remain sharp for a long time and produce a perfect cutting result. It goes without saying that you cannot benefit from having the best steel quality if hardening and the tempering process are not tailored to the steel quality in question. Our decades of experience at Maier-Unitas, in cooperation with our partners, ensures the best results. We are always happy to advise interested parties with respect to designing cutting geometry and selecting material. Using our decades of experience in the production of machine knives, we have already analysed machine knife tasks in cooperation with many customers (including at their premises) and improved existing knives.
