We are experts in precious metal coating of micro parts up to large-scale geometrically challenging parts in decorative and technical applications. With our team and managing director Daniel Proba, who has a background working at a long-established electroplating company in Southern Germany, we meet your individual requirements using state-of-the-art processes and systems engineering. Our company site, comprising 5800 square metres, is located in Böbingen an der Rems, a location in Southern Germany providing optimal infrastructure and thriving nature. Our production area comprises 1400 square metres and is equipped with one of the largest fully automatic electroplating plants in Europe for precious metal coatings at the rack, enabling us to produce various gold and bronze coatings with maximum workpiece sizes of up to 16 metres – tailor-made for your projects.

SpanSet secutex Sicherheitstechnik GmbH was founded in 1982 by Heinz Franke and SpanSet GmbH. secutex, which stands for "secure textile", has become one of the largest manufacturers and processors of polyurethane over the years. The range of products, which initially consisted of polyurethane-coated lifting straps and protective sleeves, covers various areas, for example technical moulded parts for mechanical engineering, roller and roll coating, prong and surface protection. secutex is a highly wear-resistant polyurethane, which was developed for lifting components with sharp edges, for example coils. By constructing our own moulds, we can provide individual solutions and designs. Thanks to continually developing new solutions for coil handling and storage, secutex has nearly become the industry standard both in Germany and internationally. Since 1958, we have been quickly, competently and flexibly delivering bands, ribbons and bindings from our warehouse – in over 25 materials and more than 1000 colours. We can offer custom cuts using our customers' materials, and can even create items using materials specially created for our customers. Furthermore, we can offer logistical solutions and technical support for anything related to bands, ribbons and bindings. Cut bindings: The seam-free cotton hose has a warp-thread compression, at which the weft threads change direction during weaving. This thread compression can even be seen in the end product, an intensely coloured stripe running diagonally to the direction of the band. Custom-cut: With custom cutting, we cut our customers' materials and turn these, upon request, into folded ribbon, stitched ribbon and piping. Furthermore, we can finish, coat and print your ordered goods.
