CSI specializes in the design, manufacture, assembly and start-up/tune-up of electric or gas IR (Infra Red), UV (Ultra Violet) and EB (ELECTRON BEAM) systems. We also offer upgrades for existing equipment. We offer our services mainly to the following sectors: AUTOMOTIVE PAINTING, FOOD, COIL COATING, ADHESIVES, TECHNICAL CONCRETE. In the FOOD sector, our systems enable browning, roasting, melting, pasteurization before or during packaging, and drying of water or coatings. In COIL COATING, our high-density electric IR units (up to 700kW/m²) polymerize paints in less than 10 seconds, and dry treatments in 1 to 2 seconds. All products and services are measured and assessed according to the specifications of the QM system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition, all concrete additives that are used for unreinforced concrete, reinforced and prestressed concrete, for cast-in place concrete and ready-mixed concrete, and for concrete for prefabricated parts, correspond to the EN 934-2 standard. In-house production control is monitored by an independent monitoring organisation (MPA NRW).
